Jim Chandler Pools

Jim Chandler Pools builds custom gunite pools throughout the Sacramento region and Sierra Foothills, specializing in hillside terrain, tight-access sites, and vanishing edge designs. James S. Chandler Jr. is a second-generation builder who served as a paid C-53 Subject Matter Expert for the California Contractors State License Board from 2012 to 2017 and brings more than 35 years of active construction experience. He personally oversees every phase, from feasibility and 3D design through gunite application, tile, masonry, concrete decking, and equipment installation. Custom spas, natural rock waterfalls, fountains, and outdoor kitchens are built alongside pools. Equipment systems use Pentair and Jandy products installed to local code, with manufacturer warranty coverage. The company accepts a limited number of projects each year and begins each with an initial feasibility consultation. Financing is available through Lyon Financial. Licensed as CSLB #585004.
